Welcome to the contact page of the Pacific Rim Pantry where we explore the cuisines and the cultural developments of the food of countries of the Pacific Rim. I look forward to bringing cultural background and authenticity to the food you cook from these regions through my firsthand experience with these countries and food traditions.

I am a chef with over 25 years in international hotels and the last 15 years spent developing my love for the cuisines of the Pacific Rim....namely Vietnam, Japan,Thailand and Korea specifically.

Through my experience I am able to recommend to you authentic ingredients, authentic recipes and the right utensils to achieve your desired results.

In this way you will be become more confident and adventurous in your cooking ventures and use of ingredients.and leave with some insight into the people and their passion for their nations food culture.
